A Filter Bank Implementation and Performance Analysis of MC - DS - CDMA

Currently a lot of research work is carried on use of multirate digital filters and filter banks for implementation of multicarrier techniques to support high data rate transmission. The filter banks provide an alternate to DFT/IDFT processing. This is computationally efficient and lesser complex method of implementation. In this paper we derived the filterbank transmitter structure for MC-DSCDMA system. The receiver filterbank structure for MC DS CDMA and minimization of bit error rate is given using zero forcing equalization method. The performance of this structure can be evaluated from the simulation results presented in this paper.
